SHIPPING

EATEN is edited in Paris, designed in Canberra, printed outside of London, and shipped from London and Washington, D.C.

All U.S. orders are shipped by USPS while orders to the rest of the world are shipped via RoyalMail or the most efficient alternative service (usually DHL).

Tracking is not the default on standard orders but it can be added at check-out if it is of interest. Orders are shipped once a week (usually Wednesdays) and should arrive within two weeks of shipment.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We sincerely hope you enjoy your purchase, but if you are seeking a refund we offer the following options:

If you wish to cancel you subscription in the middle of a cycle, we will happily refund you for all unsent magazines. If have already received the three magazines of your subscription and you do not want it to renew, please cancel your renewal directly on our site.

Due to the nature of print, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds for any magazines already sent unless there is some damage incurred in the process of packaging and shipping. Should this happen, please send us a photo along with your receipt.

In the event of a missing shipment, we will gladly resend your order, accounting for any reasonable customs and delivery delays. At the moment, we typically wait 4 weeks from initial mailing for reshipment.

Please note: should this missed delivery be the result of inaccurate delivery information upon ordering or avoidable missed deliveries (particularly DHL deliveries) on the part of the customer, all fees for reshipment will be incurred by the customer.
